Restricted to nationals and residents of 29 VLIR-UOS partner countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, including in Africa Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Guinea, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Mozambique, Niger, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.. Indicative age range is 19 to 35, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Work experience is not mandatory, but it is strongly valued in higher education, government, or civil society. Residence in an eligible country and an official English test are the two practical gatekeeping conditions to address first.
