Right of withdrawal
This page is being finalised and will be completed before the site goes publicly live.
Last updated: 2026-08-07
Who this applies to
This right applies to consumers, meaning people buying outside any professional activity, for contracts concluded at a distance.
Period
You have fourteen days to withdraw without giving any reason.
Exactly when that period starts differs between a service and digital content. This will be specified before the site goes publicly live.
How to exercise it
Send your decision by email to [email protected] before the fourteen-day period expires.
An unambiguous statement is enough: using the model form is not compulsory. Writing that you withdraw, giving your name, the service concerned and the date of the order, satisfies the requirement.
What counts is the date the message is SENT, not the date it is received: an email sent on the fourteenth day is valid. Keep a copy.
An acknowledgement is sent to you without delay on a durable medium.
Effects of withdrawal
Any sums paid are refunded to you no later than fourteen days after the date we are informed of your decision.
The refund is made using the same means of payment as the one used for the order, unless you expressly agree to another. It costs you nothing.
Nothing is withheld if the service has not begun. If it began at your express request before the period ended, an amount in proportion to what was supplied up to the date of your decision remains payable, calculated on the total agreed price.
If you obtained immediate access to digital content after expressly waiving your right of withdrawal, no refund is due.
Services started before the period ends
If you expressly ask for the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends, particular rules apply and may result in a proportionate amount remaining payable.
That request is recorded in writing before any work starts, and you receive a copy of it.
You keep the right to withdraw until the service is fully performed. Once performance is complete with your prior express agreement, the right lapses.
Downloadable digital content
Guides are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Making them immediately available requires your express agreement and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
As long as that agreement has not been given, the file is not released and the fourteen-day period runs normally.
Both statements are collected at the point of purchase and confirmed in the order email, so you keep a record of them.
