Terms of sale

These terms govern distance contracts concluded with consumers: consultations, support packages, cohort seats and digital products.

For individual support they operate alongside the framework agreement and the service annex signed by the parties. Where the two differ on the scope of a service, the service annex prevails.

Displayed prices are final prices in euros. No value added tax is charged and none can be reclaimed.

No work begins before the contract is validated and the first agreed payment received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any instalments are a payment facility, not separate phases of the service.

External costs are excluded: application fees, university fees, language tests, translations, legalisation, visa, passport, travel, insurance, accommodation and third-party fees.

Unlock It Now owes a reinforced obligation of means, never an obligation of result.

No guarantee is given as to admission, scholarship, visa, funding, selection, shortlisting, employment or any other institutional response.

Unlock It Now is not a funding body, awards no scholarships, and is not affiliated with any scholarship body mentioned on this site unless explicitly stated.

Scholarship catalogue entries are drawn from official sources as of the verification date shown on each entry. Programmes change their rules without notice, and Unlock It Now does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of that information, nor any outcome relying on it: it is the applicant's responsibility to verify every detail with the relevant provider before applying.

No service is unlimited. The number of sessions, documents, applications and revision cycles is capped by the signed service annex, as is the duration. No service renews automatically.

Communication is mainly in writing and through scheduled calls subject to availability. No immediate reply and no continuous availability are included.

Unlock It Now does not act in the client's place: the client remains responsible for their information, their approvals, their personal accounts, their signatures and the final submission of their applications.

Any work outside the agreed scope is subject to a separate written proposal before it is carried out.

The client warrants the accuracy of the information provided and the authenticity of the documents supplied.

The client responds within the agreed timeframes, carries out the tasks that fall to them, and reports any material constraint or change.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal on the conditions set out on the dedicated page.
