Countries covered

Foreign early-career researchers holding a PhD and applying for a postdoctoral research stay in France in environment, climate, energy transition, Earth system sciences, environmental societal challenges or One Health. The PhD must have been defended between December 2021 and December 2026 inclusive, and the applicant must neither reside in France nor be professionally active there at the time of application.. The nationality scope is presented as international. In practice, the decisive checks are mainly the PhD defense date, being outside France at the time of application, not having previously received a MOPGA fellowship, and the thematic fit of the project.
