Restricted to nationals of the 20 listed Francophone Sub-Saharan African countries who are orphaned and are either in their final undergraduate year or already hold a bachelor’s degree, with a strong academic record. Applicants must also demonstrate real financial need, have the technical access required for online sessions, and commit to returning to Sub-Saharan Africa after their studies.. If your nationality is not on the eligible list, if you cannot officially document the loss of at least one parent, or if your grades are below the stated threshold, this should not be treated as a broad-option application.
