Open to international candidates holding at least a bachelor's degree, for an English-language professional certificate in peace and development.. Relevant professional experience is required, with a demonstrable commitment to peace and development, and there must be at least three years between the most recent degree and the start of the fellowship. Active Rotary members, Rotary employees, and their close relatives are excluded, while Rotaract members remain eligible.
