Le visa exige de prouver 10 179,85 €/an, mais les fonds déposés gonflent le patrimoine de l'ISEE parificato et peuvent réduire la bourse régionale.
Method: Circulaire MUR/MAECI 2026-2028 pour le seuil. Règle ISEE vérifiée : le patrimoine retenu est celui du 31 décembre de l'année N-2 par rapport à l'année de dépôt de la DSU, donc pour 2027/28, la référence est le 31/12/2025, déjà passé. Alimenter un compte en 2026 est sans effet sur la bourse de l'année 1 ; c'est le solde au 31/12/2026 qui pèse sur l'année 2.
