Women aged 25 or older, nationals of a country on the MMEG eligibility list, already enrolled in an accredited institution within the program in Latin America or the Caribbean.. For Francophone African readers, the useful point is that several nationalities are indeed eligible, including Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Mauritania, Niger, DR Congo, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad, Togo, and Tunisia. However, nationality alone is not enough, you must also already be studying within the LAC program framework.
