Women aged 25 or older, of any nationality, including U.S. citizens and permanent residents, already enrolled at Trinity Washington University full time or part time.. Part time enrollment is only acceptable from 2 courses per semester or term. You must also remain enrolled for at least one semester after the award, complete the degree within 3 years, and not fall under the published conflict of interest exclusions involving Trinity, MMEG, the World Bank, the IMF, or the IDB.
