Countries covered
Restricted to nationals of 29 VLIR-UOS partner countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, with an additional requirement to be residing in one of those countries at the time of application. For Francophone Africa, this notably includes Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, DR Congo, Guinea, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Niger, and Senegal.. A master's degree is required, with a maximum age of 45. Proof of English is required, with a possible exemption if previous studies were fully taught in English for at least four years. Work experience is not mandatory, but the scheme favors profiles able to reinvest the training in higher education, public service, or civil society.
