Eligible French speaking African countries include Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, DR Congo, Morocco, Niger, and Rwanda. Professional experience in the public sector, academia, or NGOs is preferred, and applicants linked to vulnerable groups are prioritised, but these factors do not override the strict rules on residence, age, and prior Belgian scholarship or study history.
