Restricted to applicants who already hold a master's degree, are no older than 45 on 1 January of the admission year, are nationals of one of the 29 VLIR-UOS partner countries, and are residing in one of those countries at the time of application.. The real eligibility test has two layers, nationality and residence. There is also a frequently missed exclusion, you must not have been enrolled in Belgian higher education before 1 January of the admission year.
