Restricted to nationals of the following VLIR-UOS partner countries: Benin, Bolivia, Burundi, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Kenya, Morocco, Palestine, Peru, the Philippines, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and Vietnam.. Practical note: you must also be residing in one of these countries at the time of application, hold a master's degree, be no older than 45 on January 1 of the admission year, and not have been enrolled in Belgian higher education before that date.
