Countries covered
Restricted to nationals of 29 VLIR-UOS partner countries who are also residing in one of those countries at the time of application, for an English-taught master's programme in Belgium.. The indicated age range is 19 to 35, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Work experience is not mandatory but is strongly valued, especially in higher education, government, and civil society. Three practical filters also apply, you must not have studied in Belgian higher education before 1 January of the admission year, you cannot combine this with another scholarship, and you may submit only one ICP Connect application.
