Restricted to nationals of VLIR-UOS partner countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, including several French-speaking African countries.. You must also be residing in an eligible country at the time of application, be no older than 35 on 1 January of the admission year, and must not have previously received a Belgian government scholarship or studied in Belgium before that date. Experience in higher education, government, or civil society strengthens the application but is not mandatory.
