Open only to candidates who hold the nationality of a VLIR-UOS partner country on the published list and who reside there at the time of application, for an initial master's degree.. Maximum age is 35 on 1 January of the admission year for an initial master's degree. Work experience is not mandatory, but applicants connected to higher education, government, or civil society are preferred. Any previous enrolment in Belgian higher education before 1 January of the admission year makes the applicant ineligible.
