Restricted to nationals and residents of 29 partner countries, aged 19 to 35, holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and able to study a master's programme in English.. For Francophone Africa, eligibility includes Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, DR Congo, Guinea, Madagascar, Mali, Morocco, Niger and Senegal. Be careful, living in one of these countries at the time of application is a separate and blocking condition.
